We have set up an Interaction Center for Utilities. We have a requirement of creating a security deposit from CRM Web-IC outside the Contract Management process(for example if the move-in process did not create the security deposit correctly). Similarly, if a security deposit might have been created in error, and hence needs to be reversed from CRM.
Is there a standard way(or by customizing any view) of creating and reversing a security deposit in CRM Web-IC?
