why only display one list with NewsExplorer?

I have created com.sap.km.cm.navigation iview to show news with the NewsExplorer and NewsBrowser layout,ervryone thing is no problem.

If I login(administrator user),the iview with layout newsexplorer is ok,for example,when I create four news,the renderlistitem will display four news.

But if the creator(use the same ivew like administrator and give the full permission of the folder) login,when he use newsexlporer,the older news is losed,and only display the last created.
