Variable Overhead Cost Calculation

Hi Techies,

Can you please help me to enlighten me with the best way to capture the variable overhead cost in an discreet manufacturing industry.

I m not sure if having an activity type in work centre to capture variable overhead cost because as far as my knowlege capturing cost in workcentres through activity type is for fixed and not used for variable cost calculation.

Correct me if i m wrong.

Hi

While using a Costing sheet - You will have a BASE (KZB2).. Here you can define whether your Base is Fixed or Variable

While using Act Type - You can manually enter a Variable Price in KP26 for Plan and also in KBK6 for Actuals
