is there a way to extract data from the architecture of the transaction IH01 to the excel Knowing that the tree consists of Functional Location, equipment and sub-assemblies and Material

Yes , you can download to excel file.
You see the the rightword Aro icon ( Next to Expand whole) and Material where used symbol on the IH01 downloaded sheet.
If you click on local file , and save in spreadsheet(excelfile).
