Entry E Z1 023 does not exist in T100 (check entry)

Dear SAP Experts,

Kindly, help me to sort out this error.

I am trying to create a validation through OB28, Accounting Document - line item. Prerequiste and check information was over. But when I was trying to create message, I followed the steps like environment>maintain messages>next free number. here I selected one free number(023) , gave the description for that and I tried to save. Up to this steps I haven't any problem. But when I am trying to select that my specific message number on screen, I got the error like this.

Entry E Z1 023 does not exist in T100 (check entry)

Message no. 00058

Diagnosis

Input values must be defined in Table T100. The value or values 'E Z1 023' are not specified in this table.

Check whether the input is correct and correct if necessary.

Go to t-code SE91, and create message number 023 under message class Z1.
