Hello,
I want to integrate our Exchange server for collaboration. I followed the installation steps in the admin guide. I want to use this with SSO, so for that I installed the SSO22KerbMap ISAPI Module.
Actually I have two:
1. When I use the SAPPXchTest.exe to test the connection to the
exchange server:
Data retrieval with Basic Authentication is working
Data retrieval with Kerberos Authentication brings the the error: Login
to the portal failed. Either the portal user name or the password is
incorrect.
2. Without filling out the usermapping fields in the portal the request is not reaching the IIS or the SSO Filter. There is no request in the log.
Does anybody get it work?
Thank you!
Best regards
Olaf
Hi Ingolf,
The " Step-By-Step Guide for the SSO2KerbMap ISAPI Module. " is provided with the SSO package. Its in the form of a PDF file.

Hi Olaf
AFAIK there are two cases when this can happen
if you have supplied the Portal url incorrectly which means you specified http://<server>:5000/irj instead of
http://<server>:5000/irj/portal
If you have not set the Exchange system(defined in System Landscape) to use SSO and it is still set to use UserId/Pwd mapping

Do you have a complete instructions that you used ? I did the configuration and setup as mentioed at one of my clients and it has worked completely for me.
Curious to know the steps you followed for basic authentication that worked for you.
