SAP Sneak Preview Installation Web Dynpro deployment problem

Hi

I have encountered a frustrating problem while I was trying to install Sneak-Preview for WAS6.40 which I have downloaded from SDN. I am asking this question here regarding Stefan's recommendation.

I've tried deployment manually by SDM but the same error occured.

i don't think, that a WebAS 6.20 installation documentation will help if you're trying to install a WebAS 6.40?
