Partner Channel Management configuration on HCP and C4C

Hi experts,

we try to setup the Partner Channel Management solution on HCP in combination with C4C. There is a documentation available here

We were following the described procedure but the scenario does not work.

First we get errors like "could not register "email" with IDP" when trying to self register a user from the default screen. There seem to be problems with the connection to the IDP (SCIM). Where would we find logs etc to further investigate ? The message does not state an origin or on what system it failed.

Second it seems that the docu is wrong on the URL at partner callback configuration in C4C. We tried with But this URL seems to be invalid. Is there something else to be installed on the portal as prerequisite ?

Last: The docu asks for an SAP support portal ID to create the sapid.jks. We used our own signed certificate. Would this make a difference ?

Any help on this is appreciated.

    We meet the same problem that url can not connection ,can you solve it?
