How we attatch scan copies in SAP?

Hi Experts

Is it possible that if I want to attach the Scan Copy of mark sheet or passport anything for a original proof with the employee data or master data in SAP?

if YES then How? and if not then what is the best alternative way?

Hi,

yes we can upload Document into SAP...

Go to PA30 - select personal number -- and go to (go to menu on the top) select personal files here on the top you will see as service as object click on the icon and there you can attach the document. i hope it helps

hi Vijay Thanks for reply But how we will see with employee details .. and from where we to attach. I am able to see the icon but not getting how to include external attachment. please clarify .

Hi,

SAP has functionality called Digital Personal File (DPF) and Open Text Employee File Management,kindly go through the same.There are some threads regarding this in Forum OR you can check on Net for the same.
