User defined field in User defined table show code not name

Dear All

SAP 9.2 PL3

This is demo china, I create a user defined table and user defined field. But it show code on user defined table. Do any configuration to set it or bug?

But I ask my colleague, he said that another client doesn't have this issue.

I think you can check the form setting for the UDT.
