While confirming the production order,i need to enter the person who has executed the job.

I it possible to do it,without HR module

Hi,

yes it is possible,But verify the current Production order confirmation screen,which should contain field screen PERSONNEL NO.,Also verify the screen for Break time, Lunch & tea time. So that u could also create report with IDLE HOURS for the employee no. for Personnel no. you have to create details into HR Module T Code regarding employee.

If screen is not available with your current CO11N,then you have to configured through SPRO.

No problem you don't have to impliment the HR module. simply Make the Personal No. field mandatory in SPRO then every user who is going to cnf put his personal no. in that field the you can see his no in COOIS report

hi!

You can enter employee no. in the field name as Personal No. given in CO11N screen,after that you can see this Personal No.

in COOIS select the list "confirmation" then choose the Personal No. from change layout.

I think this can solve your issue

Yes it is.

Do you want to insert a personal number as information but without check if entry in HR is valid and existing? Or do you want to insert no personal number at all?

If you want to insert the number as information and get error Ru040 you can deactivate the check in transation OOPC.

If this field is a default field I think you have defined this by your own in CO86 (in case of CO11) or by transaction variant?
