Any way to shorten long value labels in a components?

I'm working with components in which the values are in the millions. Is there a way to shorten this in the labels so that they display shorthand values and I can reference "in millions" in the subtitle?

I have a feeling there is no way to do this in Xcelsius itself but I thought I'd ask before and make another spreadsheet that copy-and-pastes the original data over and divides everything by a million...

Well there is a kind of work around. say u are populating a combo box with these values then before feeding the labels to the combo box, divide them by 100000. now in the appearance..>text settings go for display as currnecy....dont use any prefix...but suffix with an M. your lables will be 1M for 1million.

Thanks,

^^ I'm working on a chart, though, and in order to do what I think you're suggesting I'd have to divide the entire spreadsheet's data. If I really have to I suppose I can do that, but I was wondering if there was an easier/faster way through Xcelsius.

The option is Behavior > Scale > Fixed Label Size for most charts.

Click the little icon to define how you want to represent mil, bil, etc.

Hope that helps.
