Preventive Maintenance Order with Inspection Lot and Detailed CheckList

Dear Sir,

We are using strategy based maintenance planning and preventive maintenance order are getting generated .

We need that Inspection Lot should be generated automatically and after the PM is done then maintenance dept will fill-up the complete inspection checklist . The format of checkList to be filled is given below . The yellow color , point are quantitative parameter .

I request members to kindly guide us the steps to be followed so that inspection lot gets generated automatically and the checklist as per the below given sample gets available during the inspection .

Thanks for your very informative and useful reply .

If there are say 20 different Inspection Points(parameters) which need to be checked in a maintenance order , then by following the MIC (master inspection characteristics) do I need to create 20 differenr MICs and then assign all those 20 MICs in the Task List ? .

Is there any option available , so that against a single MIC all the 20 Inspection Points can be defined ? .

Kindly guide us .
