Hi Mohan,
The outcome of IM stock status change is your situation. Now you need to complete this at WM level also. there will be open posting change notice available for this material batch combination in the warehouse. You can find out the open posting change notice thru' T.code LU04. Select this record and press "Create trans.Order" button on above bar. This will create TO for the same material and batch from stock storage type to storage type 922 and bin TR-ZONE. Thus your -ve quant will be erased.
Hope this will help.

Hi Mohan,
There should have been three open PCN (posting change notice). But as you mentioned none is there...you can find the 30 quantity of same material-batch in other storage types (high rack or other) in the warehouse and move them to storage type 922 and bin TR-ZONE by LT01 or LT10. This will erase the negative 30 quantity.

This is usually caused by a Transfer of stock from either Plant to Plant or St Loc to St Loc
You may have a open TR which you can check in LB10 (select partially delivered as well) if not you must have a positive qty somewhere that does not exist i.e. 60 in a bin when there is only 30
You can use LT01 or LT10 movement 999 to move 30 from the bin where it shows but does not exist to TR-ZONE and this will remove the negative
I hope that this helps

hi Mohanm,
You can clear these inconsistencies with a two-step procedure. First,
it is necessary to adapt the MM stocks to the WM stocks. You can do so
with transaction LX23. Please read the documentation for the report
RLABGL00 first before you run it. It is necessary that no TOs are being
processed at the time of running this report (at least not for the
concerned materials). You can run the LX23 without the flag 'clear
differences' to see which materials are concerned.
Afterwards, it should be possible to clear the quantities in WM and MM
using the Transaction LI21.
