Greetings BW Gurus,

I have a situation where passing filters is working for most people and not working for others. Sender is a WAD query (query A) passing to Query B. When I try a replicate the issue, I cannot seem to make it work.

I've asked the user to delete all IE browser cookies and temporary internet files. This did not help.

I saw that my user had previously saved his receiver Query B in favorites. I had him delete from the query favorites and retry it again. This also did not help. I tried to replicate the issue by saving a favorite of my own as well. I was not able to replicate the problem.

I have researched OSS and cannot find any applicaple notes.

Any suggestions?

Hi Alex,

Please have your user execute the report, right-click and remove the personalization setting. This should solve the issue.
