Shopping Cart Deletion

HI

I am working on SRM 5, Classic Scenario

User has created the shopping cart. Then it rejected.

After that user has deleted the line item.

And now user is getting daily mails like your cart is reject. Please edit

How to stop these mail??

When he clicks on edit button, it opens cart with blank item, and when he clicks on Accept Changes system says Enter at least one item or one limit . but there is no place to enter anything
