PSA display problem.

Hello expert:

When I managed PSA "ZPP_ORD_CONF_BA" and "0CO_PC_01_BA " , the button for " Display ALL requests" is inactivated. the numbers of the requests for those PSA showed on the screen is not the same as what I saw from the system table.

such as for "ZPP_ORD_CONF_BA" , I knew there are 75 requests in this PSA, but only 2 requests showed in the PSA management, so button for " Display ALL requests" is grey. I have tried this approach for other PSAs, no problem, only for this PSA, having this problem. please ask if you have same situation before?

Many Thanks.

Hi

Did you try giving the very old date and refreshed the PSA to check all the requests?

i.e, Right click on Datasource-> Manage-> Requests Newer Than

In the box next to it ,give any old date of 2010 or 2009 and press refresh button. it will display you all the requests loaded from that date.

If you still feel there are more requests give the any date older that 2009, i would suggest give any date in year 2000.

i'm sure that you will be able to see all 75 requests in your PSA.

Regards,

Sudheer.

Hi,

Before physical deletion takes place on PSA tables, requests are logically deleted by means of a flag in RSTSODSPART table (DELFLAG field).

Please, check if the requests that seem to be missing in PSA management screen were not logically deleted by using such flag. If that is the case, it is correct that they are not shown.
