Adding a field to a chart subtitle

I managed to add a field to a subtitle:-

For @FILESYSTEMDEVICE

I want to add another field i.e.

For @FILESYSTEMDEVICE and Host name = @SRMHOSTNAME

But i cannot remember or recall how i originally set up the subtitle to add the field(s)

can someone please help?

I was able to create a chart title that contained a field,

under Chart options/Titles/Subtitles i have :

For @FILESYSTEM   which display in the chart as "For K:\i2_app_data"

But i want to chage or add another field to the subtitle.

When i change the text in the subtitle text bos to say @another field

it just displays "@anotherfield"

How do i add a field to a subtitle is my question.
