We have installed SAP customer checkout properly.
While we run the Day End Process system shows the error "Calling the web service SumSynchIN001 returned an empty response".
How to resolve this issue?

Are other process affected or only the day end closing? It seems like a network issue.
If this is only happening with the the day end closing, I suggest you to check if the error log brings more information. Feel free to upload the error log to this thread.
