KSB1 - Timewriting issue

Hi Gurus,

I'm an ABAPer with less knowledge in HR / PS. Hence seeking your assistance to troubleshoot an issue w.r.t Timewriting in SAP.

Please help me in troubleshooting an issue w.r.t KSB1 Report.

In KSB1 Report, , Employee A was writing 7.25 hours at a charge of £NNN in March but in April the same amount of time was only being charged at £0.05.

Is there any workaround to make corrections? What all Tcodes I should analyze first.

I also noticed that for the month of April, CATSDB Table entries are having '0.01' updated in 'PRICE' Field. Please let me know how & where Price value is updated in CATSDB Table.

it is because of the rate maintained in kp26( Activity Output/Prices) T code. please check activity rates maintained on cost center in both months in KP27 - Display
