Hi Experts,
Messages to reprocess are already assigned in /AIF/REP_AC_ASGN for automatic reprocessing. But other than these messages, few other messages are also getting reprocess. What could be the root cause? If anyone faces same issue, kindly share your experience and solution provided. Thanks in Advance. 🙂

Hi Dhivya,
I'm not aware that the automatic restart triggers the restart of additional messages for which the automatic restart was not defined.
What happens with the messages that get additional triggered? Are they triggered by the automatic restart or is it possible that someone restarted those messages from the Error Handling Monitor? Without knowing how your configuration and the additionally started messages looks like its hard to judge what could be the reason for the restart.
I once had an issue with messages that have been restarted automatically where some additional background job triggered the processing of the messages (independent from the defined automatic reprocessing). Maybe that could be a reason for the restart of the additional messages.
Best Regards
Britta

Hi Britta,
Thanks for the response. As you mentioned, there is an exception table with bookings restarted by background job. Issue resolved now.
