0HR_PT_2 Delta extraction issue

Hi Experts,

While doing delta extraction using time extractor 0HR_PT_2 we are restricting time frame in table T569R still extractor pulling everything regarded the time frame entries in this table T569R. In this table we are maintaining following entries to restrict data only for a month but extractor is pulling data beyond the restriction period. Am I missing anything here? Any inputs would much appreciated.
