Database Credentials with dynamic paramaters issue in crystal report 2008

Hi All

i have two questions ??

1) Is there any solution for databse credential request from crystal report server CMC 2008 issu , all the reports that i have are working fine if it has static parameters , and the reports that have a dynamic parameter it working fine with crystal report 2008 client or reporting development application on my laptop, but when it published to the business object enterprise 2008 ( Central Management Console) server and trying to viewing it , then it always request the databsae credential , even after i check the "Use same database logon as when report is run" option when viewing reports from database configuration , so please advice As Soon As Possible if there is any solution for this problem ????? .

2) can i change the header of business object or the header of Central Management Console to having the logo of our company logo , i dont know if it can be done or not , and if it possible could you please guide me to do it
