two instance / only one is starting

Hi,

I have installed a netweaver and a ides instance on the same server. Windows 2008 Datacenter.

Now I can only start one of both systems. When I start one system it is starting. But when I try to start the second one the dispatcher ist stopping., When I go to windows Services and try to start "SAP BCKServe.".. I get the error 1067 service terminated unexpectatly. This are the both paths.

C:\sybase\ID1\ASE-16_0\bin\bcksrvr.exe -SID1_BS -R

C:\sybase\NW1\ASE-16_0\bin\bcksrvr.exe -SNW1_BS -R

They can not run both at the same time.

I checked the instance number. Is 00 and 02.

Hi Joerg,

"SAP BCKServer_*" is a backupserver not dataserver.
You have to start a "SQLServer_*" for database.

Please attach the error log files of the dataserver & backupserver.
