Error during attachment in Candidate profile

Hi All,

Under candidate profile in attachement tab, when I click the attach or edit button I am getting the following error. Is it something to do with ivew or URL link generation.

Serious error;

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_ABSTRACT_CONTROLLER==CM001 line 56

Serious error;

The error occurred in program CL_SDC_BSP_UTILITIES==========CM001 line 91

Please advice.,

Hello,

If this was solved or not, please check if perhaps you haven't changed from http to https specially the parameter icm/server_port_2 was replaced with icm/server_port_0.

Hi,

the error occurs when the service default_host->sap->bc->contentserver is inactive and has no service user.

Please activate and assign a service user, as described in IMG below technical settings.

Hi Ram,

Kindly post the solution for this defect. we are facing the same at the moment when trying to access the attachments application in the requestor start page.

Did you resolve this issue? What is the solution? We are getting the same error when clicking on a resume attachment in candidate profile, appreciate your response back.
