FM_DLOI Error

Hello While executing the FM_DLOI, i am getting the below error in SM37 spool

Docs in FYC.

Any hint how to resolve this issue ?

Is there an error number? Can you upload a screen shot of the error message?

Well, first you delete the transactional data, i.e. DLOI/DLFI and then all the rest.

Also, I do believe, that you understand the consequences of deleting the data (and not archiving it, for example) and you are applying this in some sandbox environment.

For the second case even after executing OFD7, still line items are there in BPJA, BPGE & BPHI Table.

Can you please let me know how can i do the archival & deletion ?

Don't mix between the two: archiving and physical deletion are two different things. For archiving, you'd better check for available information on the forum (there is plenty, including for FM data), but if your exercise in in operational system, you should be cautious and be assisted by an expert in this activity; at least, for the first time.

Maybe, you have nothing to delete actually. What is it that you are trying to do, from functional perspective?

Hi Eli,

Yes i remember, you suggested to use OF* T codes. I used the OFD7, despite that fact also few entries are there in the above 3 tables.

Is there any sequence for the below T codes to be followed during deletion ?

FM_DLFI FM_DLOI FM_DLFM OFD7

In addition to this just need one clarification.

BPGE, BPJA, BPHI tables would be deleted if we finish all FM related processes or are there any separate process to delete these tables ?
