Which all are the tables and fields required for the same,

Email Address of the employees are stored the subtype of Communication Infotype 0105

if you want the Detail Info on the issue please use search forum in HCM Forum and ABAP Forum you will find the information regarding the Programme and also code

Technical Consultant has to write the Programme for this

in case of any issue let us know we have similar requirement

Employee mailing addresses are maintained in Infotype 0006.
