System availability not show in SL Reporting

Dear all,

I have configured Service Level Reporting in our solution manager (EHP1 SPS23), and I have follow note 944496 in order to configure CCMS Ping and SL Reporting.

The problem is that when SL Reporting is generated, I can't see any data related to system availability.

Please, could you help me with this issue?

    Hi,

    1. Are you able to see the system availability information in your SolMan RZ20?

    2. If yes, please check whether CPH has been informed about this MTE? (RZ23N)

    3. Check for the data recorded in CPH.

    If any of these does not show positve resutls, go through the mentioned note 944496 once again and check the configuration.
