We are having a BW 7.4 system getting data from SAP CRM for Service Confirmation, etc. It is quite common in this business scenario to delete confirmation items. Now the problem is that whenever the confirmation items are deleted in CRM, it does not always get captured by the delta extraction. This delta extraction is also random as sometimes it will send a record mode 'D' record for deleted confirmations but not always.
Please let me know if you have any pointers on this.
