Hi, all
We are looking for solution about how to update UDF filed in the A/R Sales Order detail row, after partial delivery.
Our customer wants to update Shipping time (UDF filed) as same as Quantity filed, after partial Delivery.
It is not available update in the SBO 8.8 PL 11.
But It is really important customer's daily operations.
Thanks in advance.
Dear Ts.Oyundari,
If you want to use the UDF you can create 2 of them. One will take the shipping date and the other one the quantity of the delivery with this type of query. You can use the formatted search to connect the UDFs to this type of query:
select * from dln1 where the baseref = 0% and you can choose the number of the sales order.

Hi, Marcella Rivi
I am sorry for not explaining enough.
I've already created UDF field (Shipping Date) in Sales order detail.
The problem is we can not update (change to date) , after partial delivery.
for example:
"Shipping date" UDF filed value was 2010/5/25 before partial delivery.
After partial delivery, we want to change shipping date filed to 2010/5/30. (because rest of products will delivery on May 30th).
But, Shippnig date (UDF filed) is grayout after partial delivery, so we can not change delivery date in this sales order row.
PS: "Quantity" is enable to change values which is SBO's standard filed.

Dear Ts.Oyundari,
I have tested demo 8.8 pl 11. When I partially deliver a Sales Order the Delivery date on the right top of the window (the Delivery Date) is still changable.
Can you use this date instead? Using the UDF as the date that show the first partial delivery and the Delivery Date of the document as the last deliver can solve you the problem..
Please, let me know if this helps you.
Regards,
Marcella Rivi
