SCM/APS Module for engineer to order

I work for a mechanical engineer (engineer to order) and we are looking for a new APS . It is especially important to be able to simulate potential new orders in the existing planning and to consider the capacities of all departments involved such as design, purchasing and assembly. In addition, the planning and the simulations should also be presented graphically and point out potential bottlenecks in the respective departments. The production is taken over by an internal supplier, we take over the construction, procurement and assembly of the machines, in SAP-APO I did not find all these functions.

Are there suitable modules or best-practice approaches?
