Create multiple stock types linked with one availability group?

Hello team,

 Requirement to have a separate Stock type other then Q4 may be QC. Purpose to have separate Quarantine Stock in EWM. This QC stock type should not be communicated to ERP. I also came across a similar thread which refers to a document on WIKI.SAP.COM, but that link does not exist due to SAP's migration to new portal. Does anyone help with the config steps as I tried my best to configure based on details mentioned in the old thread link.

Step 1:- Maintain new entry "Define Non-Location-Dependent Stock Type" as QC

Step 2:- Maintain new entry for "Configure Stock Type" Stock type QC, Availability Group QAT(not mapped/maintained in "Map Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM"), Non-dependent Stock type QC, Stock Type Role as Q(added in Domain)

When I perform Stock transfer it throws "EWM data not supported for ERP communication: Non-Dep. Stock Type QC" Message No. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION114)

Hi Mihir,

As per my understanding, we cannot define new 'Non location dependent Stock Type'. You can define a new Stock Type as 'QC' and link it with Availability Group, Non location dependent Stock Type as 'QQ' and Stock Type Role.
