As Anurag said, you can save user input into personalization values and show it as value suggestion.

however, Value suggestion is only possible from Netweaver 7 Ehp2

Hello Ariel,

There is something similar available for value help.

Personlised value help, that is a user could select value from a personalised list.

And something called value suggestion, As you type similar things come up like in google.

that option is disabled in web dynpro for security reasons.

I have already posted a suggestion in UI element enhancement proposal thread for the same.
