Uninstalling BO XI R2 from a Linux server

Hi guys,

We have installed BO XI 3.1 on Linux server on which BO XI R2 was installed. We shutdown the BOXI R2 services before installing BO XI 3.1 and BO XI 3.1 is installed on different ports using the same boadmin account used by BO XI R2. So BO XI R2 and BO XI 3.1 co exist on the same server even though BO XI R2 is stopped.

Now we need to uninstall the BO XI R2 from the linux server as we are ready for going olive with BO XI 3.1.

Can somebody guide me with a steps for running uninstall script in linux? and an overview on what happens during the uninstall process as far as services, registry, accounts are concerned?

Since both BO XI R2 and 3.1 share the same boadmin account for running the services, will there be any issue after BO XI R2 is uninstalled?

If you used User type install, you can simply run rm -R * on XIR@ install directory and that's it

Make sure Xi3.1 FRS file store is not in R2 dir structure still...
