How to hide or disable the Vacant Position in the OrgChart?

Hello,

We are using Naksia OrgChart Build 5.1.32.1

We need the OrgChart to hide the Vacant position. I tried adding the value to Additional Filter = EmployeeName Is Not Null but still we are seeing the Vacant Position displaying in the OrgChart.

Can you please suggest what else we should do? Appreciate your help.

Hi Ashok,

Are you using Live or Staged? I would add a filter to the data element, something like PERNR is not null. If you are using the Administrator Console then you can do this in the Data Connection section of your hierarchy.
