Hi SAP Gurus,
I have done SAP FI S/4 HANA-1709 Certification and my background is I have done MBA-Finance, B.Com with +12 years Experience as Financial Accountant mainly in AP,AR,GL, Inventory etc
Now I am more willing to do my 2nd certification in MM rather than CO mainly becoz of the reason that I find MM more interested and understandable as compared to complexities of CO module ( i know that the ideal combination is FI-CO but I intend to do FI-MM.
Can you guyz advise whether it will be a wise decision to do MM with FI and does it makes good Combination in career path?
Thanks....
Hi Adeel,
There will be rarely few companies looking for FI-MM combination.
But if you see opportunities in job portals, they always require FICO guys. So I would suggest you to go for CO after FI, and later you can extend your skills in MM, SD and ABAP

I think it would help; also consider this link: https://www.quora.com/Which-SAP-module-is-in-demand-and-has-a-huge-scope
There are close ties to MM
CO is also important but it depends on the company - https://training.sap.com/certification/c_ts4co_1709-sap-certified-application-associate---sap-s4hana... I haven't used profit center/profitability analysis in a very long time myself.
