Mass delivery function is absent in SAP business One

After making all the necessary steps for the 'documentation generation wizard' for the 'sales A/R'.

The next step is to 'Mass delivery' all the emails to my 'Outlook'. However this function is missing from the menus and there cannot mass deliver them to my outlook.

i have tried : 1) searching up menus however, cannot be found

2) going to settings and see if i hide any functions.

This problem occurred after i activated my license registration agreement, although I'm not entirely sure what i did, but i just ticked my name so that i would have access/permission to proceed with the 'Mass delivery'. However, now this function is gone and cant seem to be found.

Hello Jeremy. Just a short suggestion here. With so many versions of SAP B1 around, it would be really great if you could include what you have by Version, Patch Level, and SQL-based or HANA-based.

As you might know, there can be a big difference between the versions - that info will help others understand how to reply...

Hi,

There is no standard mass delivery function in SAP B1. Are you using any third party add-on for mass emailing? If yes, please check under add-on manager.

If not add-on, then you have install Outlook integration to send multiple email to customer.

hi,

i'm unsure but i think it is part of the SAP B1, if you were to check out the boyum IT, it shows how to 'mass deliver', before this 'button/function/click-on' was there but now it isn't.
