Rolling up processing % of work completion at WBS element Levels

Hi Experts,

I am trying to roll up the percentage of work completion from Activity to all the top level WBS elements in a Project. The values are getting rolled up to the immediate WBS element but not to the subsequent top level WBS elements.

Do i need to change any configuration settings ? Kindly shed any light on the above said requirement.

Hi Sesha,

If you can see the mechanism of deriving % of work completion, you will notice, % of work completion will rolled up to the top level of project hierarchy only if unit of measurement is same for work Qty allocated to all the activities. System will unable to calculate % of work completion in case UOM is different.

@WBS (to consider NWA cost).

Hi ,

Check If you have maintained progress methods is higher level WBS also, in case if you have not try to maintain the same and check for the result.

Check progress profile for EV basis and POC Weighting to know if it matches with your planning.
