data element field label - language independant

Hai ,

for standard data elements,

if we login in Japanese language , the field label shows in japanese language.

is it possible to show the same in english, even the user logs in japanese language?

No it is not Possible, when user login in any language he can view the data with that language only..

this is not possible to see data field description in different language other than login language.

hi,

goto transaction se63 -> in menu bar click " translation" -> click abap objects. u can find the text which ever language u like.

Actually it is not possible but u can try the below mentioned way it might work

Go to CMOD->GOTO->Text enchancements->:Keywords->change.

Give the data lement name for which u want to change the text and maintain the field label in Japanesse
