Purchase Order Form output templates Naming

Dear Community members,

We would like to know the standard output template naming.

For example, Purchase Order template is outputted as [Template Name + Purchase Order ID].

We can change the Template Name as we want under the Form Template Maintenance > Maintain General Information.

But how can we change the Purchase Order ID concatenate.

I mean we would like to get the outputted template as [Template Name + Extension field ID].

Any idea to fulfill this?
