Dear All,

Is there any standard report available where we can see a list of reversed measurement document for a particular measuring point. I have checked IK17 report, but in that i am not able to see reversed measurement document for particular measuring point.

This is required if i want to reset the reversed measurement documents after some days then for that i need a list of reversed document list. With ref. of this list i can reset the documents.

Eagerly waiting for your favorable response.

Thanks & Regards,

Sandeep

In the IK17 selection screen itself, select the radio button 'with' against the Reversal Indicator field (at the bottom of first section) and Execute.

Hi Pratap / Jogeswara

Ohhh.....Yes...Thanks for responding.

Still i have one query regarding reversal of measurement document, is it mandatory to 1st create a substitute measurement document for which we are going to reverse the measurement document.

or

Can we 1st reverse the measurement document and then we can create substitute document for the same.

I am not very clear about which step from above i have to follow while reversing the measurement document. Is this affecting recalculation of measurement document.

Thanks & Regards,

Sandeep

If the measuring point is a counter the cumulative reading is reduced by that much value as that of reversed document

As was told earlier the report comes as per your selection of Reversal Indicator (with, w/o, with or w/o)

In otherwords for all practical purposes the reversed reading is omitted.

For the first question the answer is - It is not manadatory.

Then, If the measuring point is a counter the cumulative reading is reduced by that much value as that of reversed document

As was told earlier the report comes as per your selection of Reversal Indicator (with, w/o, with or w/o)

In otherwords for all practical purposes the reversed reading is omitted.
