How to access Configure Business Systems app in SAP Cloud Platform Fiori Launchpad

Hi Experts,

We are trying to create KPI tiles in a Fiori Launchpad hosted via SAP Cloud Platform Portal Services.. In order to access an on-premise system as its data source, I believe the system has to be configured first using the Configure Business Systems app.. How do I access this app in my Launchpad?

My account already has the role Services.SmartBusinessAdministrator assigned as required according to this documentation but still, the app is not appearing in my Launchpad.
