EBS not clearing automatically in FEBAN

Issue : User is trying to use Electronic bank statement for automatic clearing using FF_5 t-code but I am unable to clear the line items. When displaying using FEBAN, the are still red i.e. still open item and Manually clearing the line item and user do not wish to clear it manually, using FEBAN.

and using Interpretation algorithm: 15: Clearing transaction: selection using assignment'.

Requirement : After uploading bank statement file if search string combination available then it will post entries. In case if any search string combination is not available then it should go to cash in and cash out account. i have gone through the SAP OSS NOTE 494777. But not found solution on this issue.

Please advise.
