Hai experts,

How to kept UD it will show an popup that, Required characteristics are still open. Do you want to force to completion?

I was assigned status profile to inspection type 01, 04 and 14. that status profile applied to 04 and 14 inspection type but not working to 01 inspection type.

Can u help me how to configure that pop up window or configuration prompt to inspection type 01 while performing UD

Hello Jyotsna,

In snap shot we can see that the status if inspection char is 2, so system will give pop up

PLease check status for 01inspection lot char, also make sure that chars are required char (inspection plan char control indicator setting)

Make sure that for the particular characteristics processing status would be "5".If its 0,1 and 2 should be valuated.If not during UD pop up will be appear as you said Required characteristics are still open. Do you want to force to completion?.

No. There is no other configuration for that.

In your 01 inspection lots. What are the statuses of your MIC's? 0,1,2,4?

Hmm. not sure what you did. But the pop-up is standard SAP as far as I know. You shouldn't have to do any configuration, nor should you need to use a status profile in order to get the pop-up window to display. The status profile should not control that pop-up unless your system has been modified from standard.

What you need to make sure is that the MIC's are set up as required in the control indicators and that they are NOT long term inspection characteristics. If the MIC's are copy characteristics, it's possible the control indicators for the MICS were changed in the inspection plans for you 01 lots.
