Error while installing solution manager

Hello All,

While installing Solution manager , I got the following errors:

ERROR 2010-01-15 09:28:52

FSL-06002 Error 1314 (A required privilege is not held by the client.

) in execution of a 'CreateProcess' function, line (304), with parameter (C:\usr\sap\SMQ\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\R3load.exe ...).

MUT-03025 Caught ESyException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined.

Please tell me the root cause of the errord

Is this Windows 2008? If yes, did you disable UAC?

Do not set TEMP, TMP, TMPDIR to a directory that is located under /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/*

Sapinst changes the permissions recursively also for the installation directory.

Otherwise SAPinst may stop during the installation process with an error message like the following:

CJS-00084 SQL statement or script failed. DIAGNOSIS: Error message: ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

Is this installation is local or domain ?
