Hi Gurus,

I am finding the above error, while creating a BP in S4 HANA and unable to save the BP. This error is happening only when creating Sales and Distribution Data for Customer using BP role FLCU01.

It does not show any error while creating data for role FLCU00 and could save the BP as well

I tried and checked all the settings in my system, however I could not find any solution to this issue. Can anyone please help me solving this issue?

Check user parameter using Tcode.SU3 and remove sales org,Disti chnl,div,Compnay code or add for which you are crearting this BP

Hi Purna,

I don't think MDG will be the reason why this is not working anymore, but I know it uses the CVI (customer vendor integration) framework to create the business partners which is able to perform mass operations. Or maybe when MDG came in play some customizing was changed which now triggers something that is impacted by the bug mentioned in the notes.

I think the notes are your best bet to get this fixed, you'll need to implement all prerequisites as well. (You won't be able to implement the note without the prerequisites being met)

Please have a look at SAPNote 2685838, we had the same issue at a customer and implementing this note (with all its prerequisites) solved the problem.

I have two questions here.

1. We do have MDG system here who will upload the data to S4 system. Can it be a reason for the error? Because I was able to create BP successfully 2-3 days before MDG came into picture

2. Do I need to implement this note in addition to all other notes(with all its prerequisites)?
