How to do the Employee Retro Calculation

Dear Gurus,

The Scenario is if any employee get salary increment from 1st April 2009 but we are not update in system because of some management decision.

Now Management decided that we have to give him on Dec 2009 salary with Arrears from 1st April to Nov 2009.

Dear Gurus Please Let me Know how to system calculate the Arrears from April 2009 to Nov 2009. & How to i give Employee December Salary with Arrears.?

U have to configure B/F and C/F wage types ..................for those wage components which will have arrrears

in other means when there is a Change in the Basic Pay the other components which are haveing indirect Valuatuion we shd have arreas

and after copying wage types check the PCRs IN42 43 44 you have to edit these PCRs
