Hi experts,
I have an requirement for generation of leave Quota.
we are not using any time evaluation.
As per the Leave Policy employee who joins after 15th of the month is eligible for 1.5 Leave (1 EL, 0.5 SL) and employee join on or before 15th month is eligible for 2.5 Leave (1.5 EL, 1 SL). Currently the system is generating quota irrespective of date of joining.
how i can meet this requirement.

why you cant choose the pcr to your requirement ?
Create two time types by using T555a table.
Go to transaction PE02.
Specify one name and click on create

U can create 2 different EL's and SL's.. the leave and quota text should be EL after 15 of the Month, SL after 15th of the month

there are two different quota and leave types...
1. Before 15 of the month who ever joins, for them create two different quota and leave types
ex : Quota/Leave Type : EL before 15th and SL before 15.. these quotas should have two day and 1.5 days respectively
2. After 15 of the month who ever joins, for them create two different quota and leave types
ex : Quota/Leave Type : EL After 15th and SL After 15.. these quotas should have one day and 0.5 days respectively
