I have an requirement for generation of leave Quota.
we are not using any time evaluation.
As per the Leave Policy employee who joins after 15th of the month is eligible for 1.5 Leave (1 EL, 0.5 SL) and employee join on or before 15th month is eligible for 2.5 Leave (1.5 EL, 1 SL). Currently the system is generating quota irrespective of date of joining.
how i can meet this requirement.
