Punchout Internal XML Exception

Hi All,

I got error message, when I try to add office depot catalog items from old shopping cart.

The error message is: 500 Punchout Internal XML Exception

Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks ...

Hi,

Can you please share how did you fix this issue? I am getting similar kind of issue. If click on link "Show item in catalog" in SRM SC, I got Internal XML Exception.

HI

At a guess because the description is very vague, I would assume the vendor catalog is using the XML variant of the OCI but is not passing the data in the format expected by the SRM Application, I guess you can test this in transaction XSLT with the XML data passed by the vendor, see if it is rendered there.

Thanks for your answer.

In this case I create this SC from old SC from SRM. So it's not transfer from catalog.

Transfer from external office depot catalog is working. only the create from Old SC and template is not working. Especially for the office depot catalog.

Hi,

Please ask if the supplier supports OCI VALIDATE function.

If they support it, please check the BBP_PDIGP-CATALOGID and BBP_PDIGP-CATALOGITEM for the old SC.
