Cannot access RSA1 after BI SPS 18 Upgrade

Dear All,

After BI SPS 18 Upgrade, my BASIS copy 000 to a new client called 510 for BI development. I then login to client 510 and tried to work on RSA1, however, the following message pops up:

You can only work in client 000

Message no. BRAIN009

Diagnosis

Your SAP BI system can only operate in client 000.

Was this an update or a new install? If you just updated the support packs then you should continue to use the original client originally setup for the system (you can use only one client in BI).

did you insert the new client number in the field BWMANDT of table RSADMINA ?

Hi,

check the same with Basis guy, whether copied succesfull or not?

And also please give a detailed inputs when logging an issue, that will help many experts to give immeidate/proper solutions.

Like sap verison & platform details, copy profile etc.....
